Guilford County Schools believes in developing talented leaders from within the organization. To that end, the district sponsors two types of Administrative Cohort Programs - Master of School Administration (MSA) and Educational Leadership Doctorate (Ed.D.). Guilford County Schools employees are strongly encouraged to participate in either application process.
