Boy/Girl Scout Facility Use

Inquiry. How much do I charge the Boy or Girls Scouts for use of my school?

Response . Scouts (either boy or girl) are not charged a custodial or facility use fee if that use occurs while the custodians are normally working in support of the school week. If the facilities are used on a weekend or during a time that the site is normally not open, a custodial personnel fee of $20.00 per hour is to be charged. A custodial supply usage fee is charged regardless of when the use occurs. The custodial supply usage fee is a charged for custodial supplies usage and is based on the number of people attending the event.
